- Very light and easy drinkable whiskey. Not quite in balance: Smell is more complete (fruitier) than the taste can make, especially the sweet remains. Whiskey does a little watery, but in the finish it does some recovery. All in all an acceptable cut-away dram.
- Easy to sip blend, light, slightly watery. Smell is more promising than the body can make. But all in all a pretty acceptable whiskey.
Leather, and sweet, vanilla, honey. Little red fruit, orange peel. Fresh smell, promising.
Light, feels like watery. Sweet, honey, vanilla.
Reasonably short, a light pepper will come on. Furthermore, the honey-like sweet. And oak.
- A decent Springbank. Not very complex and a rather short experience. I don't smell or taste any peat whatsoever.
Immediately identifiable as a Springbank whisky. Sweet, sour, earthy. Yellow fruits and some faint red fruit.
Again, sweet and sour. Develops slowly. Honey sweetness. Some vanilla.
Gets somewhat sour, which is great. But not long lasting.
