- Uh, well, what?
Vanilla, honey, icing sugar, marshmallow, dry biscuit. Vegetable mousse, sap, peach, pineapple, salted caramel, menthol. Nice nose. Discreet alcohol on the nose
Less discreet on the palate. Alcohol is present as well as the woody a little too intense for my taste. A strong bitterness develops fairly quickly with vegetal notes. A lot of spices.
Astringent and bitter, the finish lasts a long time but in this only register unfortunately.
- He is much younger than his age, blindly I would have given him barely 10 years.
Out of there, it's a typical Speyside, no surprise.
Sweet malt, Petit Beurre, lots of vanilla, yellow melon, white grapes. Cristalized sugar.
Sweet vanilla, malted cereal. Mouth very unidirectional.
Some sweet spices, and always this sweet and vanilla malt. Slight woody astringency behind.
