Sweet, caramel, fruit, vanilla, the rum comes through
Spicy, powerful with lots of volume, soft and round, slightly oak, a light nut note, creamy in the mouth
Long and persistent, warm, the nut becomes stronger, stays sweet and creamy throughout
- A very sweet dram with it's own character, just not really my thing. Beyond that of a standard bottle.
Fruity in a candy fashion. Toffee and other sugary stuff like cotton candy. Cookies with caramel. Some banana with fudge.
Some of the sweeter 'dark' rums do give you that expression. A bit of citrus fruit and some raisin/nutty flavours.
A soft and easy finish with brown sugar, fruitgums and christmas cake.
- nothing impressive, just a sweet (a little too much) and easy to drink whisky
- Fresh, lemon and toffee scents in the nose. First taste experience; lemongrass, fresh whisky, the aftertaste is sweeter, cane sugar, light vanilla flavor, warm mouthfeel, stays on the cake for a while.
Tasty whisky but mine the rumors had a little more liked. In terms of taste, I am not 14 years old, rather a 9/10 year old.
Rum pot :-), slightly fruity, apple and vanilla in the background, oak
very oily, the sweet rum character becomes even clearer, otherwise very little
Winey, but very short
