- As often at G§M a bottle quite successful, allowing to discover pleasantly an unknown distillery.
Medium intensity and marked by wax varnish quite "fat" from which emerge timidly, in equal proportion, plant and fruity aromas and sweet spices (vanilla).
Yes, we are dealing here with a beautiful buttered material. Vegetable notes a bit bitter and quite marked, a floral touch, some ripe fruit and especially beautiful spicy spices (pepper, ginger) tell a pleasant story. It's more complex and fulfilled than the nose suggested.
Moderately logue, on a rather classic mix spices-fruit-vegetable bitterness raised at the very end of a pretty ashy touch.
