- The first nose is nothing, then it develops and is quite neat overall :) just give some time
Wet cardboard, wall paint, slightly sour. Then nuttier and woodier. Hay, wild herbs. Pine cones, wild mint, a trail of green apples.
Soft and sweet. Green pears, burned grass, bitter wood. Vodka Lemon.
- Fine Bladnoch with the typical house notes, the additional fruit notes make it even more interesting. With around 120 € a bit expensive, was to be expected after closing / sale and will probably not be better for the old bottlings.
typical Bladnoch - hay, warm, spicy hay with many herbs, with fruit gums / orange jelly, some cereals, burnt biscuits ... with time drier, dustier
almost as the nose promises, less fruit, more herbs: lots of hay, herbs in a bittersweet direction (herbal sweets, some cough syrup), burnt biscuits, a touch of exotic fruits, mouthfeel partly crispy, partly oily
long, dry, first herbs and cough syrup, then gently peppery
