- On the nose, wood, vanilla, sweet spices and caramel!
On the palate, a grassy side comes out (hay, mint), vanilla again and orange on a sweet background.
In the end, it's rather monolithic, with macerated fruit and vanilla!
One more bourbon that has a characteristic on an interesting grassy side, and a sweet sweet smoked!
vanilla and caramelized sweetness, spicy, a little grassy and minty .. and toasted.
softer in the mouth, more diffuse scents.
- Blind tasting.
A bit hars with corn, syrup and notes of toasted oak.
Syrup, orange - orange peel, mint and fruity - bowl fruits.
Vanilla and summer fruits - rapsberries and strawberries.
- Note that I'm not a bourbon drinker generally, so this is a really high score for a bourbon in my book. It's really smooth for a bourbon, with none of the notes that I tend to dislike in them.
Wood, apple, mint, tree resin, raspberry and a bit of glue. Eventually herbs like in a Turkish steam bath.
Pepper, apple, mint, vanilla, wood and raspberry.
Apple, mint, pepper and vanilla.
