It evolves on ripe fruits (apricot, peach), spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) and peppers (Espelette, Cayenne). Orange zest and dark chocolate form as a duet of charm. Palate: lively, clean. Marked by notes of tobacco and liquorice, the attack in the mouth is in tune with the nose in terms of intensity. Vinous, the mid-palate evokes a natural sweet wine (Banyuls). Thus, dried fruits (date, fig), cherries with brandy, oranges and dark chocolate evolve in a very refreshing salt atmosphere. Final: first faithful, it is in the exact continuation of the end of mouth. Then, it opens with new fruits (raspberry, currant, blueberry) and notes of liquorice and herbaceous (cut hay, verbena).
