On the nose, fresh, first. Grilled ham. Young and vivacious. And an underlying sweetness. The peat is light and fine, it evokes some Caol Ila. Over time, the sweet sensation builds and it is also warmer. Cereals complete the panorama. In the mouth, intense, well spiced but a little unbalanced, a little aggressive. The sherry cask remains quite discreet, too much, if not for the sweetness it brings in the mouth. I can not believe it's a first filling drum. It was necessary to let the maturation last longer! The youth of this dram is flagrant, it "hangs" a little. The final is endless. In summary, the nose and the final give the smile but the weak point is the mouth, in my opinion.
