  1. markjedi1 scored this whisky 85 points Connoisseur

Lovely, fruity Linkwood at a good strength.
    • Nose
Wonderfully fruity on apples and pears, with a slice of kiwi in the mix. A hint of peach. Almost tropical. Totally devoid of spices, you would be forgiven to confuse this with a lemonade on steroids. Honey by the bucket.
    • Taste
The arrival is powerful, but not scorching. Again mildly tropical with a soft spiciness, now, that warms the mouth completely. Pepper, cloves, nutmeg, liquorice, it’s got it all.
    • Finish
The finish is long, warm and sweet.

A great, varied nose that surprises again and again. Although it pays to keep on sniffing and discovering new flavors over a longer period of time, the malt leaves something else, the longer it stays in the air, it looks a bit more unpleasant later.
    • Nose
      fresh and fruity (especially sour fruits, green apple, pineapple, kiwi), a lot of pear and thin pear juice, lemon ice cream, always slightly earthy and burned;
An initially slightly cherry and schnappige note (Mon Cherie) passes quickly and also the fruity notes with the time in the air, while cold caramel, latte and custard added
    • Taste
Milk coffee, marzipan, vanilla, many bright fruit notes with a hint of bitterness, becomes sweeter and more peppery in the mouth
    • Finish
long; sweet, fruity (a little pear) and spicy, slightly peppery

  3. Marko_I did not rate this whisky Connoisseur

Full of nose carnival! This is something for experimentation friends, just try alternating with the dropwise addition of water / whisky, which can be tickled out by flavors! (And he still tastes - for 65 € -> buy!)
    • Nose
starts fresh-fruity (pear, pineapple, lime), then put sweet-baked aromas over it, with a drop of water you can again attract the fruits (this time green, apple, kiwi) until it is burned again ... and slightly earthy ... another drop of water ... is strawberry coming ... interesting game!
    • Taste
pleasantly creamy-sweet, milk chocolate / coffee, some nougat and marzipan - sounds actually boring, but is delicious ;-) ... but there is still something exotic-fruity-bitter ... and a peppery kick
    • Finish
long and sweet, peppery milk chocolate
