The nose is chic, long-playing. First, a lot of smoked bacon, then through a wave of wine notes goes into the spices and sea salt with smoked smoke
    Oily, enveloping with milky caramel
Aftertaste is replete with confectionery spices, sea salt, vanilla and powdered sugar, rather long

    Enjoyed chic molt

Here is AD Rattray another big hit succeeded.
    • Nose
After opening first bacon. Ungebraten, as if you had just tore open a vacuum bag The smell at first, as if you could prove a sandwich with him. After some time in the glass, the bacon is replaced by a very strong smell of smoke. Not stinging, in the sense of a campfire, as a Connemara Turf Mór exudes it, but sweetish, slightly medicated, warm and leathery.
    • Taste
Already at the first sip a very elegant Laphi. Not quite as wonderfully angular and edgy as the 10 CS, but a creamy oiliness that is second to none. It warms powerfully and releases more and more dark roasted aromas and peat smoke in the mouth. Vanilla is also added. In addition, a slightly peppery pungency and a slightly resinous sweetness. I note down dark fir honey, resinous, strong and spicy. Always amazing what a basically simple Bourbon keg can do in 15 years from a phenolic Islay smoker. He releases plenty of salivation. Despite its strength, water is completely expendable, if you enjoy it slowly, as I do anyway. Alcoholic notes I have not at all and that at over 58% Vol. He has quite fruit, pears and very ripe oranges I would say. Mixed and of course everything fresh from the charcoal grill.
    • Finish
Strong, long lasting smoky sweetness. It remains cold very slightly sweet-looking smoke.
