Copper / rust red
Old sherry, blood orange, leather, some tobacco and a tingling salty spice. Then honey, fresh tarragon sprigs, some wood and malty grain aromas in a harmonious and pleasant combination.
Strongly creamy and infinitely spicy! Spicy with lots of salt, chili, pepper, then wood and furniture polish. The journey continues with slightly overripe oranges, lots of sherry, sweet, honey-laden parts and immediately afterwards again herbaceous and tart with liquorice and tea - this taste lives from its inharmonious but delicious controversies!
Very long - spicy, woody, a sherry- and tea-laden whisky. Tart notes of wood, mocha, cocoa, espresso, but also sweet honey, vanilla, orange biscuits, sweet malt and some smoke; and here too - full of contrasts, but at a very good level for 8 years of barrel aging.
