Whisky Reviews for Tomatin 2004 CWC
6 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 85.80 points
A good sherry nose but I don't think this is a surprise after 10 years shery cask. Currents and raisins. A very light ginger touch and very Little mustiness but without the specific hint of nuts I expected.
Extremely sweet honey and dried fruits. A full and half oily body. All the herbs are present in here; Cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg.....Good chewable and drinkable 56.8%.
Half long finish and very warming.
- Very sweet sherried Tomatin, I always like Tomatin, sherried or bourbon matured. Just very nice spirit.
- Light, sweet and malty. Also some honey.
- David Strik mentioned this whisky came from a Refill sherry butt.
