A very idiosyncratic drop. The nose is great and interesting, with the taste and the finish I can not do anything. Indefinable aromas confuse me, but the malt is somehow delicious in its own way.
Blind tasting: Immediately there are fruity elements and sweetness. Subtle maltiness and a hint of vanilla mingle, apples and a hint of pears come to my mind. The sweetness becomes more dominant, the fruit retreats and light caramel comes out.
The first impression is restrained, then suddenly indefinable wood flavors come to light. Light spirits and peculiar spice follow, again the taste is quite flat, then suddenly again spice and bitter or tart aromas.
Herb and subtly bitter the finish begins. Slight sharpness is on the tongue while the tart wood aromas exude a peculiar warmth.
