Very fine oiliness, thin streaks on the glass. Spicy, peppery onion (white pepper, ginger), dry-sweet with lots of citrus, hard caramel, freshly processed wood and honey. Creamy texture, kräutriger middle part. Also known here from Irish barrels. 43 points.
