- Very good. Not too grassy.
Cereal, spices, wood, goji, slightly herbaceous. Fresh mint.
On the palate it is buttered, spicy on a good woody. Yellow and white fruits. Old paper. Resin, waxed.
Final herbaceous, lemony, spicy.
- A very typical Littlemill from the early '90s. And very well done, balanced, greedy, fresh, and seductive. Well yum yum, what.
Fresh grass, lemon, small flowers. By letting the dram rest, the herbaceous calms down (but remains present) to make room for the rest: brioche, fern, yellow apple, green banana. The fruit and the pollen become more and more present as the aeration progresses.
Soft texture, unctuous, and greedy from the first sip. Orange honey, peppermint, apricot syrup, and lemon compote. A tangy / vegetal / fruity blend that works very well.
The plant is needed at once, marriage of flower stalk and cut grass. The lemon (confit) is still present.
- Very beautiful Littlemill without surprise but very well executed.
