Nose: banana, really ripe banana. Then immediately overripe pears and crumbly apples, grape must with a slightly sour note. Some toffee and cream caramel, then the banana comes back. Behind it mixes a little vanilla.
Palate: again fruit, fruit without end and then a light malt note and a spice tone. Also on the palate banana is present again, but less mature than in the nose.
Finish: Medium length with slightly floral tendencies, slightly bitter spiciness. Warms up in the stomach.
Conclusion: A lot of fruit - without any associations to fruit brandies. A beautiful wood experiment, which gave a lot of flavor.
