    The cask must have been very tired. Already the color is very pale, but also in the mouth it is very young, very raw, without finesse and without real external influence. Even if the alcohol is well integrated, the acidity is much too present for my taste.
    • Nose
      Very acidic, dominated by the very green apple and the young lemon. Vanilla appears after aeration, once the acidity has subsided.
    • Taste
      A lot of vanilla that coats green apple and yellow citrus. The acidity of the nose is found here very present. A perry very new make is blatantly and continuously visible.
    • Finish
      Short. The acidity goes out quickly, giving way to a slight fruity dryness.
