Whisky Reviews for House of Lords 12-year-old

- The main part is from Edradour.
- Very good blend with amazing smoke content for a highland-based blend.
- Definitely not a high-flyer. What I noticed in particular but the extreme soapy touch. I had them in almost identical form a few weeks ago during tasting of the 16-year-old Kinclaith 1966 from G & M. Now the question arises, is there a lot of Kinclaith in this House of Lords?
Intense spicy at the beginning, then vanilla and honey. The longer it is in the glass the more a soapy note spreads.
Immediately again this soapy touch, malt. The alcohol is restrained, which makes the whiskey very soft, but not weak. You also look for bitterness in vain.
The finish is medium long and like the rest of the impression is dominated by the soap note.
