Fresh and extremely fruity nose, apple scent, mirabelle plums, fresh peaches. Honey and vanilla, some fresh wood. Leaf green, hay. The fruit notes become sweeter over time, seem to mix with the honey.
-
Very mild onset, dry, much more spicy than the nose. The freshness from the nose gives way to pleasant, dry wood aromas. Nevertheless, the vomited fruit can also be found on the tongue, only more reserved, more subdued. Spices of tart herbs as well as thyme and bay leaves spread throughout the mouth. Vanilla powder, rapeseed honey, toffee, milk coffee. Raisins in sweet liqueur over time.

Although mild on the tongue, it still makes steam out for a long time. Dry, woody, spicy, slightly tart, with dried fruit, vanilla and forest honey.
