Apple, toffee, marzipan, peach, orange, vanilla, lime wine gum, pine needles, iron and minerals. With water more peach.
More toffee at the expense of the fresh fruits, those are pretty much gone now. There is fruitiness but in a more sticky way, like dried apricot or date. Some vanilla and slightly dusty wood.
Toffee, marzipan, vanilla, peach, date and a little oak.
- Again a very nice bottling from slijterij Bams. Sweet fruity nose. Intense taste with fruit and honey; few drops of water will add to the fruity taste. Full body and nice long and sweet finish. An excellent dram, highly recommended!
- Nose: lots of sweet, candied notes (wine gums, crystallized fruits) as well as fresh fruits (peaches, apples)
Very summery. Some waxy / oily notes as well.
Mouth: sweet with an oily texture again. Big almond notes and sweet oak. Apricots on syrup. Vanilla custard. Heavy honey. Hints of caramel.
Finish: Long sweet, candied with cinnamon and hints of moccha.
Sweet and full of flavours. A really lovely Dram.
