Too much butterscotch and vanilla on the nose - reminds me on modern Glenrothes - but quite fruity on the palate and drinkable
    • Nose

Butterscotch, vanilla, banana, coconut powder, caramel
    • Taste
      86 86
Punchy, oily, subtle sweetness, good fruitiness, apple tart, vanilla, more caramel, little citrusy
    • Finish

Tasted at a Malt Mongers Israel evening.

This wasn’t to my tastes, but it certainly was interesting. There was quite an interesting sherry character to it that played with the slightly smoky and slightly salty flavours in a very unique way.

The smell came to me more interesting than then, but I have to say that I am interested, it is something special, it is such a novel style that hardly compares to something else, I think it has a whole bottle, I would probably he managed to score more. Tasty at the 2015 whiskey festival.
    • Nose
From fruit scents, through menthol candy, honey and pine wood, it tends to peat. Citrus, peprmint, coniferous forest. (85 b)
    • Taste
At first, the sweetness of the sherry (ripened in the barrels after the sherry), then dry, wood, bitter chocolate, citrus, and slightly peat again. (83 b)
