    A good NAS Malt, but not cheap!
    [Color] pale white wine;
    • Nose
      first cold smoke and ashes, then ripe peaches, spices;
    • Taste
      complex, oily onion with green apples and grapefruit; Smoke, ash, wort, oak, becoming dry;
    • Finish
      wonderfully long, fruity finish; fierce spice sounds!

    Wow! Beautifully associated the fruitiness with the peat.
    Phenol amount is not too much.
    • Nose
      Sweet peat, orange, herbals and tempera. Little iodine.
    • Taste
      Sweet peat, matured tropical fruits, especially mango and cocoa
    • Finish
      Medium length, spicy, peat

    • Taste
      Not that special
    • Finish

    Four An Cnoc’s by the sea include the ‘Cutter’ WB, 12yo WB, 16yo WB and the 22yo WB
    N: Smells delicious - of toasted dough and oily-light, lubricant oil
    T: Fluffy, young malt, light, sweet and vegetal. Sweet liquorice into the finish
    F: Fluffy=dusty
    C: Young, and peated but it doesn't feel the peat is a gimmick or there to disguise the young spirit - not that anyone would do that. Works just so. Refreshing to taste a young peated malt that isn’t smoke driven. Let’s rack up the age shall we: WB
