A whisky well done, balanced, and consistent; it's undeniable. But who is also sorely lacking in punch and vigor, I find. Limit too wise, the nice kid of the class.
Everything in finesse. Some might even say '' all in shyness ''. No powerful aromas that tear off the nostrils, but a basket of white fruits, yellow apple (and some citrus fruit too) stewed and in syrup. A lot of vanilla, and a honeymoon.
Just like the nose, the mouth is rather soft. Bitterness of apple peel, well presented vanilla, pinches of sweet spices, and white fruit syrup. A few drops of grapefruit, too.
Short. Some more peppery spices, and the fruits die fast enough. One or two splinters of dry wood.
