Mouth: In principle, as in the nose, quite sweet, again with sherry, very clean, now with fudge, but also more pronounced Grain and quite intense bitterness, which brings the taste a little out of balance. Still, very high quality, with grapefruit, bitter orange, dried fruit and rum grape.
Finish: Medium long, but also a bit sharp, with distinct bitterness.
Conclusion: Once again a great old blend, which for its 8 years offers an extreme diversity and complexity, combined with a beautiful old style. The taste is not quite as stable as in the nose, which is simply gorgeous!
