- An unusual Japanese sherry cask that is sulphur. It still has lots of merit. It needs thinking about unless you have tolerance for sulphur.
Roast beef with gravy browning. Vaguely fruity but rather submerged in the sulphur. Slightly cough syrupy. Water seems to lift the sulphur a bit.
Chocolatey arrival with plenty of coffee and cocoa. Plenty of sugars coming through. Unfortunately water brings the sulphur out on the palate and flattens it.
Here comes the sweetness. Long and sugary but still the sulphur is a bit of a problem. Shorter and flatter with water.
