- n: very malty with a thread of smoke. pastries, pomace, alcohol.
a typical tobermory nose. after a while whiffs of pepper and curry.
t: pastry , vanilla, nuts, some chalky notes too. it´s quite salty but that doesn´t
match the sherry influence too well imho. getting a little dull. quite some peat.

- A pleasantly soft and very drinkable Whisky for Autumn season! This one in combination with delicious Niederegger Marzipan ... yummy!)
malty-sweet, candied apple, red fruits (redcurrant, cherry); subtle notes of brewer's yeast and green cereals, copper metallic hint
pleasantly soft (quite well integrated alcohol) with dry apricot fruitiness in the background, becoming salty and saltier !!, sweet, slightly smoky, buttery and woody (like cherry pit in the mouth) , warm rye bread
medium long with pleasant salty malty notes of wood, remains a hint of bittersweet chocolate-marzipan
