- Tasted this at VanZuylen. Caperdonich is a special name for me, because of the stunning '70 bottles. This is not in that league. Still good.
- a very forgettable Caperdonich
very vanilla and honey, fresh and vibrant with a touch of wood spice. We my friends are definitely in Speyside.
Turning to caster sugar and apples.
malty and slightly grassy, a touch of sourness slightly starts creeping in, I'm thinking over ripe apples, boarding on soggy and beginning to rot.
finish is soft on apples and soggy oak
Floral, vanilla, citrus
Ginger, figs, citrus
Medium long, fruity, smoky
