http://kaypingers-whiskyblog.de/frontend/fullarticle.php?id=278 Color: pale gold Nose: Straight, peaty smoke nose, with dry cardboard, leather, grated lime peel, delicate spicy herbs and a few splashes of lemon. Not spectacular, but good! Taste: Salty-spicy with a lot of spicy pepper, fresh and sour citrus notes, tart herbs and wood. Bitterer and with increasingly peaty smoky notes towards the finish. Finish: Long-salty, spicy and with the notes of the taste fading away. Towards the end, a sweetness comes into play based on sugared lime and brown cane sugar. 88 points (nose: 88 / taste: 88 / finish: 87)
