It starts with lots of cured ham and heavy bonfire. Brimstone. Lemon juice and green apples intermingled with ashes (if you know what I mean:-)). Some grassy and farmy notes. Tobacco smoke. Eucalyptus. Very complex and very, very good.

Rich and peaty. It's maritime and tarry with oysters and fresh kelp. Anchovies and dried-crab-shells. But also lemon pie and kiwi-fruit. Mandarins. Mint-praline. Still quite gentle, may be because of the 50% ABV.

Long. Pine resin and liquorice. A litte black pepper. Salty at the end. Perfectly balanced.
