- at first a bit inconspicuous on the nose, only light honey and grain notes, in the mouth there is a nice variety of aromas of light oak, citrus fruit and full of vanilla, a slight bitterness covers the tongue at first and is followed by a fat peppery but not unpleasant spiciness that everything again very much stepped up. The vanilla and the spiciness remain for a long time, I like it very much
- Not the most successful mole, a fairly poor palette of derivatives in all components, the taste is quite sharp, the sherry is only manifested with not very strong raisin notes, the strength, density, some depth, from pluses.
Open, dry, fresh board, mountain ash, raisins, grains, weak oil and mineral shades.
Sharp, dense, sweet, mountain ash, raisins, tart oak, a little lemon zest, grassy bitterness, black pepper, very weak rubber notes.
Saturated, oily, a little ginger, lemon rind, oak, grassy bitterness, mountain ash.
