    TASTING NOTE by G&M;

    Colour: Dark golden.

    WITHOUT WATER:

    Nose: Fresh with malty and hay like notes. Some gooseberry develops and

    lingers gently.

    Palate: Sweet with a defined touch of vanilla. A burst of chilli spices develop

    and becomes mouth warming. Well balanced.

    WITH WATER:

    Nose: Remains very fresh with a defined malty nose. Some ripe fruit and grass

    like notes develops.

    Palate: Initially sweet and warming. Hints of ripe summer fruits emerge.

    Mouth coating.

    Body: Medium.

    Finish: Medium.

    Cask Type(s): Refill American hogshead.

    Whisky Style: Pleasant dram - subtle and delicate.
