Whisky Reviews for Glen Elgin 1995 VM

- Ralfy review 528: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-Wzgj8-33g (89/100). IB in comparison with OB Glen Elgin 12yo.
- A totally unreliable Glen Elgin where the nose wins over the mouth.
Nose melted enough on fruits (orange peels), scented spices, touch of honey, vegetation, with a discreet influence of sherry notes.
Mouth powerful but lacking complexity: rich touch of sherry then malty and spicy notes, hint of caramel, vegetable touch (cut flowers) a little astringent.
Moderately long, hot and spicy, not very rich, and with a slight bitterness.
