The aroma is dense, sherry: sodden dried fruits, compote, marmalade, licorice, red oranges, oil, spices, chocolate cake, old tree, humus, smoked and smoke. The taste is sweet, sherry: a lot of spices led by hot pepper, mountains of dried fruits, toffee, muffins, astringent oak in berry syrup. The aftertaste is long and even: astringent oak, prunes, lightest notes of smoke and smoked products. The development is more dry, oak-smoked. Conclusion . Cool sherry Springbank. Sweet, sharp, not boring. Sacred sweetness prevails, but gives the word to a noble oak in the frame of smoky and smoked notes. It develops well with time. Rating: 90 (n23t22f22b23).
