    Prove that Grain does not always have to grow old to be good, a great chocolate sauce!
    • Nose
      Purest toffee as I like it. Never had before, as if one had dark caramel sauce in the glass, vanilla, candies, cream sauce, milk, light milk chocolate, a hint of cinnamon, white raisins, figs
    • Taste
      Here directly the light raisins, then dates sweet and humid, over it pure dark caramel sauce, Toffiffee, custard, milk, milk chocolate, white chocolate, a hint Bananasplit, dark honey, mega sweet and somehow also fresh (mentioned milk), cocoa powder, but also a tittle of black pepper

      Dry-sweet, beautiful chocolate notes, some almonds and marzipan now, light raisins, toffee

    Odor:
    Red wine, grape juice, boar's blood (red sauce my grandmother named so on the basis of red grapes). Then some herbs, cinnamon, coriander, allspice, cardamom, a sweet, sweet cookies, macaroons. The nose is really very good. Get goose bumps!

    Taste:
    Super sherried, I doubt whether water should be added. But an incredible bak sherry. Air acid that is reminiscent of sweets (all of which have a different piece of paper but taste the same, that cheap), The taste does not develop very much, remains somewhat sweet-sour-sherried.

    Body:
    Full and creamy

    Finish:
    long: As soft as butter, the red fruits come up. Touch of wood, slightly bitter from a lost tannin.

    Odd but a verk tasty dram
    • Nose
      At First a verk sweet medicinal nose with toffee, white raisins, fresh but overmature plums, immature oily nose. Sherry and figs
    • Taste
      Sweet sherry influences. With a increasing peppery taste. Still a bit of newmake in the background
    • Finish
      Medium long. fading out in a slightly bitter almond

    Whatever you think of this whisky, you can't deny that it's a special one. I would never have believed that a 7 years old grain whisky would be drinkable. But this one is. There is no subtlety here; sherry rules! But I like it anyway.

    This is a successful experiment indeed, maturing grain whisky on quality wood and even octaves for a period of seven years. I really like the thought of, what I experience in this whisky is more than 99% cask influence. That is education! I will certainly enjoy this bottle.

    • Nose
      Plenty with sherry hits the nose immediately. Dark plums, raisins, milk chocolate, figs and dates, hazelnut cream and some roasted nuts.
    • Taste
      A creamy powerful delivery on the palate, again chocolate, cinnamon, cardamom, molasses, and burnt sugar. Some maple syrup and table salt up front. 
    • Finish
      The finish is powerful, an explosion of flavors, rum-raisin ice cream, cocoa, aromatic pepper, tellicherry black pepper, sherry spices all over again.
