A very dense and thick nose that can be made out very well even at a distance from the edge of the lens. Grape must, raisins, old leather, next to it seasoned plum compote, blackberries and blueberry jam. Everything says here: sherry barrel. Some old wood and a musty cellar, damp and loamy deciduous forest floor.

Still unexpectedly strong - thick and creamy, sweet grapes and mashed blackberries lay on the tongue. Not too cute, in no way intrusive. Old and slightly damp wooden floorboards, pepper, a little thyme. After a while, finely tart herbs that bring a nice dryness with them.

Long and dry, you can taste the berries and grapes forever. Interestingly enough, I ended up with roasted orange peel, which I couldn't make out either in the nose or on the tongue. Finish with nougat and dark chocolate.
