It always amazes me how lively these old GM CC are after so many years. A style of whisky which is extinct now.
    • Nose
Starts with burnt wood associations. Rubber. Meaty notes of little bi-fi sausages. Lapsan Souchong tea. Later on some soap..
    • Taste
Nutty in a punchy way. Sappy oak. Resinous. Followed by cough syrup ("stop hoest in NL"), cinnamon and clove. Slightly peaty at the background..
    • Finish
Medium long. Gingery. Tanninic. Nutmeg,. Very well balanced.
