On the nose, very ripe banana, quince, some vanilla and exotic fruits, and a slight trace of sweet spices!
sweetness on the exotic fruits, (pineapple), on the vanilla, a little grassy, well wooded and a little dust.

    Knowing that
Strathmill is as good as non-existent as official release, we must content
ourselves with independent bottlers. Thank the Maker for them! Around 300 EUR. Thanks
    for the sample, Dominiek!
    • Nose
      Oh, my, wonderful
nose on banana, nuts, honey, cinnamon, apple juice and a single leaf of mint. Pineapple
cubes. Not much else, but when the nose is this good already, who cares?
    • Taste
      Good, almost powerful
arrival. Sweet with a mild bitterness. Loads of would, now, but not exactly
oaky. Quite spicy, though. Ginger, white pepper, liquorice.
    • Finish
      Medium long finish,
in which the liquorice comes out nicely.

I think there is a mistake made, because the label says 42.1% alchohol instead of 52.1%!!
