Nose: combination of predominantly yellow fruit and oak, with some honey and spices. Pear is there. Blind I would have typed on a Glenfiddich (in a positive sense). Can do something, but does not completely kill one.
Taste: velvety-soft, honey-sweet, apple-fruited, slightly oaky beginning with short drift in the pepper. Maybe a hint of peat smoke.
Finish: long, spicy, sweet, yummy.
Comment: a very good blend. Even if he does not really know where he wants to go, which is obviously intended. For my taste too little island character. Rather Speyside and Highlandlastig.
