A sweet surprise blows to me. Lots of ripe and honey-peared pears spread a wonderfully sweet aroma. Spicy-sweet malt also mixes with green grapes and a hint of flower meadow. Behind it a slightly pointed and refreshing mint note, which I attribute to the alcohol. After some time there is still some caramel.
Fruity and fresh at the same time, but neither overloading, nor boring. Very pleasant in the nose!
The 55.6% volume percent make the tongue tingle and then spread like a cool wind in the mouth. The salivation is stimulated, the Malt is also here as sweet as in the nose. A subtle hint of vanilla sets in the storm of recurring honey pears. These are even more noticeable here, something reminiscent of pear compote. At the second sip then some oak and slightly salty.
In the relatively dry and not so long finish here a bit stronger and spicy oak, the Malt trickles vigorously and warming down the throat. Surprisingly, here is a slight hint of salt.
