    A beautiful independent Keith with a clear surprise at the start, exciting.
    • Nose
      Fresh peach juice, pear, apricot, ginger, lots of sweet honey, rosemary and lavender, candle wax, green and white tea, some mango and papaya come out later, with some Demerara sugar, camphor, white chocolate, toffee, lemon grass, a few flowers
    • Taste
      Strong, also sharper than intended in the nose, lots of ginger, nutmeg, even chili at the beginning, white pepper, then oak chips and hot pear juice, papaya and mango, white grapefruit, lavender, hot white tea, something wasabi, camphor, lemon grass, wax
    • Finish
      Bitter, oak, lemon grass, hints of anise, fennel, pear skin, lavender, tea, ginger, medium to long
