To want to be in a league with Tullamore DEW and Jamerson is an insult to Tullamore and Jamerson. For example, I don't particularly like Jamerson now, but this one is noticeably worse for me. Maybe a high single star, but overall in the top five of my least tasting whiskeys. The rest is mixed.
    • Nose
Light, somehow floral and somehow sweet. Difficult to specify. Association with light smoke.
    • Taste
Not much at first, then quite bitter in relation to the smell.
    • Finish
Mixture of permanent, unpleasant bitterness and a little alcohol.

That was my first whiskey ever. And it's still good. Has sweet flavour with a smooth taste. Very good value for money.
