Really great, definitely falls into my loot scheme!
Full fruit basket, sweet fresh summer fruits, slightly pleasant spice, a little vanilla, light, light chocolate notes, roasted wood. Sometimes the alcohol brings a slight freshness into play, which compliments the fruity-spicy aromas nicely and doesn’t interfere.
After a while, notes appear like old and almost a little musty tobacco leaves. If you deal with the malt a little longer, it appears increasingly darker and tart-spicy. Nothing is too dominant, all in all it results in a round and very varied overall picture.
Again full of fruit basket, fresh summer fruits again, clearly spicy but still very pleasant, sweet citrus notes, slightly tart wood notes.
At first, the malt with the said fresh fruits makes a difference, then spicy aromas take over (also due to the high alcohol content, which is by no means out of round or even sharp), which transform into sweet citrus notes.
With the second sip, a bitter wood note comes to the fore, alternating with the light tobacco. Then again summer fruits and citrus.
Slightly tart, somewhat dry, slight bitterness. Pleasantly spicy. Fits the age and complements the previous aromas with a bitter, varied note.
