Quite bright, fragrant, but quickly departing.
Aroma thin, floral (linden), whipped cream, candy, starched sheets
Sweetness, light honey, butter, linden flowers develop
Medium: tangerines, raisins, passes quickly.
- Quite good entry level Glenmorangie. Not that pleasant at the beginning, but getting better with further tasting. Not very smooth but still rather easy-drinking.
Floral, fresh, lemon zest, butter, somewhat grassy
Spicy, bitter, caramel, orange zest
Short, warm, dry
- verall a very smooth, mellow and mature single malt that is easy to drink and only show's weakness on th palate
very delicate; slight sweetness; citrus notes; lemon; lime; tangerine; apples; pears; peach; dried fruits in the backround; slight spices; hints of oak; overall a good, complex and mellow nose
very mild/mellow; sweet barley; slight vanilla; (dryed) fruits; nuts; after some time more exotic flavors like coconut; very smooth and mellow although the lack of %vol is noticable
oak; spices more dominant; hints of chocolate; sweetness in the backround; (bitter) friuts; hints of coffee; nuts; surprisingly intense and long finish
- A nice nose and a mellow beginner drop, but also whether the missing corners and edges quite boring.
round and pure, flowery, fruity (citrus notes, mandarin, sweet pear, a little apple), vanilla, fruit jelly (distinct, but not dominant)
mild, sweet fruits with hints of coconut and almond, warm, malty and a little spicy, with a bitter note
short, bittersweet and fruity, spicy with some pepper at the beginning and at the end of the finish
- The expectations are met, there are no surprises. Good.
sweet with vanilla, white oak, very soft spice of cinnamon, marshmallows, slightly nutty, orange blossom, fine citrus notes, sugared jelly sweets with pineapple flavor, toffee, syrup with the taste of dried apple rings mixed with a little heather honey, pear juice and the juice of white grapes, sweet malt, Walnut, traces of peat smoke, everything is very delicate
peppery seasoning, lots of cinnamon and clove, sweetness, barley malt, vanilla, pear pear, a little oak, heather, pepper, ginger, slightly bittersweet, light raisins
lightly smoked malt, vanilla, semi-dry with dried lemon fibers, dark chocolate, oak wort and ginger come into their own more and more, apple, pineapple, orange, smoke almonds, in short
