Honesty really not bad for a blend, nice sherried liquid

Worthy, delicious blend "every day." Well balanced.
    • Nose
Walnut, baked goods with chocolate, raisins, dried apricots, assorted dried fruits, cinnamon sugar, cooled black sweet tea at the bottom of the mug.
    • Taste
Baked goods with peanut butter, caramel, creme brulee, dried fruits and sweet cinnamon rolls dominate.
    • Finish
Medium, poor, black caramel tea, a crust of brown bread and oatmeal cookies.

    Color: Golden tea.
    ABV: 40%.

Nose: Nuts, chocolate cookies, raisins, dried apricots, assorted dried fruits, cinnamon sugar. [n21]

Taste: Warming, sweet. Baking, nut oil, caramel, cream-brule. [t20]

Finish: Average duration and complexity. Black tea, caramel, crust of bread, oatmeal cookies. [f18]

Balance: Very good 13-year-old blend. Not biting, nice. Quite rich, but with a gentle nose and taste, the aftertaste is rather weak, but the notes of black tea are very pleasant. For its price tag whiskey elegantly suits as a daily drink. [b20]

  4. Andytka3 scored this whisky 86 points Connoisseur

Extremely soothing and feminine on nose. Red fruits of apple and cherry
on cedar chip smokes, fragrant floral. Greasy and savoury butter in the
middle and breath deep for the clove, sour plums and orchard fruits. Palate:- Delicate and mineral balanced, firm cool steel as back
bone. Candy sweet with subtle soft smokes. Dried sherry notes and
vanilla interchange. Well blend and double marriage wonders.

Finish:- Short - medium length. Cherry blossom with a hint of white coffee at the tail. Delicious.

  6. Defeatless scored this whisky 81 points Expert Senior

Nose: sweet. Some sherry, the typical grain in malt smell (how else to describe?) yet promising

Initial taste: quite flat, some spice and sweetness coming in.

Body: not much a little watery

Finish: short-medium. The sweetness lingers a bit but not much

    Price: quite well actually.

Presentation: a bit overdone with all the blabla marketing talk.

Comment: Yet not high rated, for a blended whisky a very fair whisky. Just a couple more euro's then the standard blend, but quite a bit better.

Nosing is sweet. Cream and Toffee, thick.

First taste has a shade of vanilla and clove, full body.

Toffee and Creamy finish, long aftertaste, mixes great with chocolate and coffee.

    Very affordable price!
