Estery and young on first nose. Unripe green apples, acidic and chalky. Quite sharp, plenty of alcohol speaking in the nose. With time nose opens to vanilla root and some cigar boxes.
With water it develops peach notes followed by an abundance of floral and grassy notes.
Lots of alcohol, still sharp, apple vinegar and white acidic fruits. Some lemon zest, a touch of honey sweetness but its struggling to match the spirit.
With water its juicy tinned fruit with a touch of syrup, its changed entirely.
Mushy apples, apple puree, estery and still carrying on with the heat. After water it calms, a little heat remains as do the apples but it adds a touch of oak.
