I just like Japanese with their unique notes, these mineral and very slight hints of smoke and salt as you probably want. otherwise known only by HP in Scotland, has something that could be a bit more intense.

Malt, nice white pepper, citrus, cereals, vanilla, some smoke, pear, over time, salt and beautiful sea air come quite easily, a few berries vllt. in between then too

Again clear pear, mineral as filtered through limestone, salt, malt, soft oak, a little floral but not too gentle, but already full in the mouth

Minerals with dry, light smoke and fruit, medium in length, the palate has a long aftertaste
