Whisky Reviews for Tobermory 1994 C&S

- Sweet corn and the salt from the sea penetrate into the nose. The fruity sweetness and the maritime spice are very well balanced and present. The 60 v% must be diluted with water, it is usually too hard to drink. Diluted with water the creamy malt notes mixed with ripe fruit and a salty spicy ground come very well to the fore. A very good bottling of Tobermory.
- Tobermory at its best, I love it!
(With water) Soft but fragrant, malty, pronounced barley sugar. Also a juicy and fruity note like ripe pears or mirabelles. Later salt. Very typical, lovely.
Juicy, salty, almost creamy, later prickly. Very lively, obviously, with a nutty undertone.
Very pleasing and refreshing. Substantial. Malty.
