Whisky Reviews for Old Pulteney 15-year-old GM

2 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 85.00 points

  1. Feusi scored this whisky 88 points Connoisseur

Honey sweet, ripe fruit and fresh barley. A very balanced bottling with some smoke, hot spices and sweet Toffe, very nice. Also the long finish is very positive in addition to the sweet fruity note stems from some smoke and very little wood notes. For me this is a very nice filling, with 43 or 46v% it could have had more character.

  2. Igor scored this whisky 87 points Expert Senior

     Quite an all-round, harmonious tipple.
    • Nose
Savoury honey note, luscious fruit, paint-and-lacquer materials, overripe soft fruit.
    • Taste
Consistent, well-balanced. Pear compote, canned fruit, almonds.
    • Finish
Nippy. Perry?/cider, fermented berries. Rather continuous.
