T: Goat pens, hay and flour are some of the key notes. This is good slow maturation from a relaxed cask.
F: Continues along similar barley-sugar lines.
C: Subtle, simple yet understated Lowland.

I just realised i'd had this two years previously. These were my impressions then.
N: Another light grainy malty, yeasty dram. Some new make spirit is intact despite its 21 years, which would indicate a third fill cask especially after taking into account its light colour in respect of its age.
T: Woody, spicy and a little heat and more heat. Mild grain - neither sweet or sour.
F: Some aniseed freshness
C: Nothing wrong but sadly dull and uninteresting.
