Big on seabreeze and smoke in the noze.
On the palate the same only the sea salt lingering and the bourbon cask gets into play: hint sweetness with some introvert citrus (could be from the spirit), no wood to detect.
The finish is a little bit less raw (but still raw): big on sea salt, the smoke is a bit more gentle and the citrus comes again. Sea salt remains still after 10 min of the last sip.
Would never guess this is 30yo... Never shows it's age, but still good stuff!
